• Slippers marked as “final sale” cannot be returned/exchanged unless defective (hygiene reasons)

3. Wait for our RMA number and instructions
4. Ship items with RMA visible (customer pays return shipping unless our error)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
