At FlorShoes Central, we take pride in crafting premium footwear that combines style and comfort. However, we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. Our hassle-free returns and exchanges policy ensures your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
  • Shoes should not show signs of wear or damage
  • All tags and protective coverings must be intact

Note: For hygiene reasons, slippers marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. All other products in our collections (Clogs, Heels, Hiking shoes, Oxfords) are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear FlorShoes Central Team, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order (#[Your Order Number]). Below are the details: – Product Name: – Size: – Reason for Return/Exchange: – Preferred Resolution: [Refund/Exchange for (specify product and size)] I have reviewed the return policy and confirm the item meets all return conditions. Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you:

  • A return authorization number (RMA)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • For exchanges: confirmation of product availability

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging and include:

  • The RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receiving the item
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • Standard shipping fees apply for the new item
  • If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If less expensive, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement

International Returns

For international customers (outside the US):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
